Works to include covering floors and furniture with protective dust sheets, filling cracks on walls and ceilings where required, painting 2 coats of white emulsion on ceilings, 2 coats of vinyl matt emulsion (choice of over 1000 colours) on walls and 2 coats of white gloss/satin or varnish on doors and skirting.
Properties will be inspected before work commences.
